- Participated in Boeing’s Global Communications, Navigation and Surveillance System (GCNSS) Program. Boeing article
- Formed the Maryland Mid-Atlantic SATS Lab consisting of 29 organizations. MMSL SATS, ARINC article
- Developed NASA Small Aircraft Transportation System (SATS) technologies for general aviation aircraft and airports. more
- Partnered with FAA and MAA for deployment of 4 ADS-B ground broadcast stations in the State of Maryland.
- Pioneered development of ‘Synthetic’ and ‘Enhanced’ vision systems. MADL Combined Vision System
- Partnered with Gulfstream to achieve FAA certification of EVS (1st operational EVS). Aviation Today article
- Developed gun-fire detection system, and other weapons detection devices since 1993 for Naval Research Laboratory. more

- Improved safety of Calvert Cliff Nuclear Plan.
- 18 years of technical support to the Laboratory for Physical Sciences and Micro Electronics Lab for the National Security Agency.
